Measuring Guide

Six Numbers, That Is All We Need

Bust — around the fullest part, tape level under the arms.
Waist — at your natural waist, usually just above the navel.
Hips — around the fullest part, feet together.
Hollow to hem — from the collar dip to where the skirt should end. Wear the shoes you plan to use.
Height — without shoes.
Event date — we plan backwards from your day.

What people ask most before ordering a dress in a colour. Anything missing, just ask.

Can you make a dress in a specific colour?

Yes. We work from more than 100 stock colours and can match a Pantone reference or a fabric swatch you send us. We post a swatch before cutting so you see the colour in daylight.

How long does a colour dress take?

Production is 15–30 days depending on the design, plus 5–8 days express delivery with tracking. Rush orders are possible for many styles — ask us with your date first.

Do you make quinceañera damas sets?

Yes. Quinceañera and Sweet 16 orders can include damas sets in the same fabric and colour, so the whole group matches in the photographs.

What if the dress needs altering?

Minor adjustments up to 4 cm are redone free and we cover the return shipping for corrections. Your measurements are reviewed before we cut, which prevents most fit problems.

How do I measure myself at home?

Six numbers: bust, waist, hips, hollow to hem, height and your event date. Our guide shows exactly where to place the tape — a soft tape measure and five minutes are enough.

How do payments work?

50% to start, 50% after you approve the final photos and before shipping.
