One Supplier, Every Piece

Gallery Impress is a one-stop bridal supplier. White bridal, colour bridal, evening gowns and accessories — made by specialist partner workshops, checked by us, and shipped to you in one parcel.

Why It Works This Way

Why One Supplier Instead of Five

Wedding orders rarely go wrong inside a single dress. They go wrong in the gaps between suppliers.

Order the gown from one factory, the bridesmaids from another and the veils from a third, and you inherit three colour lots, three production schedules and three different ideas of what quality control means. Nobody sees the problem until the photographs come back.

We remove those gaps. One brief, one schedule, one quality standard, one shipment — however many workshops the work is spread across.

How the Network Works

We do not pretend everything is made under one roof. We coordinate it, and we answer for it.

01

Match the Work to the Workshop

A structured ball gown, a chiffon column, heavy beading and a modest silhouette are not the same job. Each order goes to the workshop that does that work every day.

02

One Schedule, One Contact

You deal with us, not with five suppliers. Dates, changes and re-orders pass through one person who knows your order.

03

One Quality Standard

Every piece is checked against the same list — beading, seams, lining, symmetry, colour in daylight. Photos and video before packing.

04

One Shipment

Everything is consolidated, labelled per person or per shop, and shipped together with tracking.

Questions About How We Work

The ones buyers ask first — including the awkward one.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

Neither label fits exactly. We are a one-stop bridal supplier: we do not own a single factory, and we are not a broker who passes your order on and disappears. We work with a fixed network of long-term partner workshops, place each order with the one that specialises in it, and hold the quality check ourselves.

How do you control quality if you do not make the dresses yourselves?

Every piece is checked against the same checklist before packing — beading, seams, lining, symmetry and colour under daylight. You receive photos and video of the finished piece for approval, and we operate a remake policy on defects.

Do you make everything in your range?

No. White bridal, colour bridal, evening gowns, bridesmaid and mother dresses, plus sizes and accessories cover most orders. Menswear is made by long-term partner tailors. If we cannot supply something, we say so rather than substitute.

What is the minimum order?

One piece per style for custom and sampling work. Wholesale starts at 10–20 pieces per style, with mixed sizes and colours.
